ROBERT FROST
Robert Frost was born in 1874. his mother was an immigrant from Scotland. She named him ‘Robert after the great Scottish poet Robert Burns. He lost his father at the age of eleven. His first poem ‘My butterfly’ was published in New York Independent in 1894. The Same year he wrote “Twilight” which contains six lyrics Frost achieved a rare distinction by bagging the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry four times.He died in 1963.
