Ans. In emergency situation, the brain instantly shifts gears. It directs and warns according to the situations. it performs thousands of housekeeping  jobs as supervising, breathing etc.

Ans. When carbon dioxide level rises in the blood the brain steps up the breathing rate.

Ans. If the brain does not get the oxygen and blood it needs, it will suffer a grave damage and the result could be paralysis or even death.
